We value the unique perspectives each individual brings and welcome everyone’s insight. Not only does each employee have a voice that matters, we listen and hear them when they speak.

Many of our employees have been with us for over 10 years because we place an emphasis on supporting their professional and personal development. When we invest in our people and provide them the resources to enrich their skills and opportunities for advancement, it pays for itself, tenfold.

Our Culture

We love what we do and who we do it with

Our company culture is what makes us all look forward to coming to work each day. It’s innovative, energetic, ambitious — and dare we say — FUN. Built on a solid foundation of corporate values that prioritize our employees and customers, our values are the code by which we live and breathe — not just writing on the wall.

We share a passion for results which consistently motivates us to strive for improvement and continually push for excellence in all we do. The result… we excel as a team; coming together and supporting one another to accomplish greatness. And we take pride in our success and celebrate our achievements… AS WE SHOULD.

We promote training and development and a positive work environment for professional success and personal wellbeing. We subscribe to a healthy work/life balance, providing most employees with greater flexibility and time off.

We know there’s always work to be done, but there’s always time to have a little fun too. And we take those opportunities whenever we can.

Simply said, we’re not a team because we work together. We’re a team because we respect each other, trust each other, and like each other.

Our Heart

We care

We believe in giving back — to the environment and to our community. As a leading innovator in the pool industry, it’s our responsibility to ensure that we do our part in protecting the environment so that future generations can continue to enjoy the perfect pool experience. This is why we strive constantly to reduce our environmental footprint by delivering a more efficient pool. We do this by combining all of our resources (that’s you!) to develop sustainable technologies and product solutions that contribute to increased energy-savings and water conservation, and decreased emissions.

We take a “people first” approach, focusing on how we can assist those in need and what we can do to support those around us all over the world. Our P.A.T.H. (Providing Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) program offers employees opportunities to serve their communities and help local non-profits. Some of the organizations we support include Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®, the Warrior Foundation, Red Cross, and Brother Benno’s Foundation.

As a part of the greater swimming coalition, we put an emphasis on safety, seeking to educate the public on lifesaving skills they can practice when they’re around water and funding organizations like Step Into Swim — because being able to swim isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. We regard the ability to swim as a fundamental right, essential to improving the health and safety of this, and future generations, and we are fully invested in the effort to teach people how to swim and be safe around water, regardless of their socioeconomic situation.
